1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe on the rights of others. You may not use the site to transmit harmful code, spam, or engage in any fraudulent activity.

2. Products & Pricing

We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors can occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you before processing. You'll have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

Prices are shown in US dollars or in your local currency, as displayed at checkout. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more to every country we ship to, and $4.99 on orders under $50.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are considered accepted once payment has been processed and a confirmation email has been sent.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy, which also has full details on delivery times. While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates, as these depend on courier performance and customs.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Every SilentRise order is backed by a 100-night trial and a 2-year warranty. To return an item, email us with your order number and the reason for the return; returns must come back in the original packaging and in the same condition. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product designs, and branding, is the property of SilentRise or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. User Accounts

If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We're not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account use.

8. Product Use & Safety

SilentRise is a consumer wristband designed to wake you via vibration. It is not a medical device and should not be relied upon for any medical purpose, nor as a replacement for medical alert systems. Always follow the instructions provided with your device.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilentRise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SilentRise harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of our products, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website at any time, without notice, if we believe you've violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless your local consumer protection laws provide additional rights.
