We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors can occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you before processing. You'll have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

All prices are listed in your local currency where possible and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is free worldwide.

8. Product Use & Safety

SilentRise is a consumer wristband designed to wake you via vibration. It is not a medical device and should not be relied upon for any medical purpose, nor as a replacement for medical alert systems. Always follow the instructions provided with your device.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilentRise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold SilentRise harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of our products, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
