We want you to love your SilentRise. If for any reason you don't, we offer a 100-night risk-free trial and a 2-year comprehensive warranty on every order.
100-Night Money-Back Guarantee
Try SilentRise at home for up to 100 nights. If you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund — no questions asked. We believe you should sleep on it before committing.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@silentrise.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with a return authorisation and instructions.
- Pack your SilentRise securely (original packaging preferred but not required).
- Ship it back to the address we provide.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
2-Year Warranty
Every SilentRise is covered by a comprehensive 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device stops working properly due to a fault — not user damage — we'll replace it free of charge.
What's Covered
- Battery defects or failure to hold charge
- Vibration motor failure
- Button or charging port defects
- Strap defects (tearing or clasp failure)
What's Not Covered
- Accidental damage, drops, or misuse
- Water damage beyond the IP68 rating
- Normal wear and tear on the strap
- Damage caused by unauthorised repairs
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit to your account.
Exchanges
Want to exchange your SilentRise Standard for a Pro, or vice versa? Contact us and we'll sort it out — you'll only pay the difference (if any).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective, in which case we'll cover all shipping costs both ways. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
