Delivery Times

Once your order ships, most orders arrive within 3-7 business days, wherever you are.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by local courier delays, customs checks, or peak seasons such as Black Friday and the winter holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your parcel all the way to your door. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at silentriseofficial.co@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more to every country we ship to. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.99. The $50 is counted after any discounts, and if you pay in another currency, both amounts are converted to your currency at checkout.

Import Taxes and Duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes or duties charged by your country. Where these are collected at checkout, you'll see them before you pay. Any charges collected on delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window above, please check your tracking link first. If there's been no movement for 7+ days, email us at silentriseofficial.co@gmail.com and we'll investigate immediately. We stand behind every order. If a parcel is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of ordering so we can update it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.
