We offer free worldwide shipping on every SilentRise order. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our fulfilment partners.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. The estimates below are from dispatch:

• United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
• Europe: 10–15 business days
• United States & Canada: 10–18 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
• Rest of World: 12–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, local courier delays, or peak seasons such as Black Friday and the winter holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your parcel all the way to your door. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at hello@silentrise.com.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is 100% free, worldwide, with no minimum order. We believe every customer deserves to have SilentRise delivered at no extra cost, no matter where you are.

Customs & Import Duties

For most countries, there are no additional customs fees. In rare cases, some international orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are set by your local authorities — we have no control over these charges.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window above, please check your tracking link first. If there's been no movement for 7+ days, email us at hello@silentrise.com and we'll investigate immediately. We stand behind every order — if a parcel is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of ordering so we can update it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.
