We offer free shipping on every SilentRise order within the United States. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our fulfilment partners.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location within the US. The estimate below is from dispatch:

• United States: 10–18 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by local courier delays or peak seasons such as Black Friday and the winter holidays.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your parcel all the way to your door. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at hello@silentrise.com.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is 100% free within the United States, with no minimum order. We believe every customer deserves to have SilentRise delivered at no extra cost.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window above, please check your tracking link first. If there's been no movement for 7+ days, email us at hello@silentrise.com and we'll investigate immediately. We stand behind every order — if a parcel is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of ordering so we can update it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.
